After managing international visual events in a public interest foundation, she obtained her Social Insurance Labor Consultant license in 2008. After working for a real estate company, she joined BDO Social Insurance & Labor Consulting Co. in 2016. She is currently the manager of the BPO team and engaged in payroll and social insurance outsourcing services to both foreign and Japanese companies.
Labor Consulting Co. Staff Suet Yi Siu
Siu has been joining BDO Social Insurance & Labor Consulting Co. for around 2 years. She is responsible for introducing payroll, social insurance and labor consulting services to global clients who are going to set up branches in Japan as a member of Global Desk team. In addition, she helps with foreign clients who have questions about Japanese labor law as well as payroll calculation. Moreover, she supports the Labor Consulting team in preparing employment rules,36 agreements and other statutory documents for clients.
