The Member(s) shall not use the acquired personal information for any purpose out of the extent agreed by the owner or disclose the acquired personal information to any third party, except the case provided by any law or specified in 5. Outsourcing. With agreement by the owner, the Member(s) may change the purpose and the method of use of the acquired personal information.
The Member(s), through implementation of safety measures, makes commercially reasonable efforts to prevent unauthorized access, loss, destruction, manipulation and leakage. The pages of this website where the visitors may provide personal information are protected by encryption for secure provision of personal information by the visitors.
The Member(s) may outsource management of the acquired personal information to complete the purpose of use of the acquired personal information. In this case, the Member(s), with agreement and/or contract concerning protection of personal information with outsourcing contractor(s), manages and supervises management of the acquired personal information.
When requested by the owner of the acquired personal information, the Member(s), after making confirmation, corrects, discloses, suspends the use of or deletes the acquired personal information as promptly as reasonably possible unless any special condition applies.
