Global Innovation Consulting Inc.
GIC, since its establishment in 2011, been run by 200+ staff in Japan, Myanmar and the Philippines(120 in Japan, 70 in Yangon and Mandalay, 10 in the Philippines). With competence is in business expansion into ASEAN and staffing of Burmese bilingual IT engineers in Japan, we provide BPO of accounting in Myanmar and the Philippines for 3 and 20+ clients respectively. We have partners in Shanghai, Thailand, Bangladesh, and Nepal. Authorized by the Ministry of Justice in 2019, we are working on nurturing accounting staff (including CPA) in addition to IT engineers.

We offer at reasonable price by having 3 CPAs in the Philippines and 3 book-keepers in Myanmar supervise the local accounting office.

We run offshore development in Myanmar mainly in the field of programming and unit test. Our bridge SEs are comitted to realizing the client's wil at reasonable price.
IT JOB FAIR in Myanmar
For 8 years we have held JOB FAIR for IT engineers in Yangon and Mandalay, Myanmar. In 2019 15 Japanese IT companies joined our fair and succeeded in recruiting approx. 200 engineers in total (from 2,000 candidates). Since the engineers joined the companies, we have held the training in Japanese language and IT skills.
Staffing and employment placement of foreign human resources
We provide staffing and employment placing service from Japan, Myanmar and the Philippines. In addition to IT engineers, we have CPAs in the Philippines and specified skilled workers.
